Hello, Taguig!

I went to Makati yesterday to get my medical endorsement from the HR. Then she briefly told me about my requirements and other blah-blahs.

After that, I immediately went to Market! Market! for my medical exam. Oo, ang layo. Malayo 'coz I am not a fan of anything within Taguig area. Haha. Kaya nga di ako nag-aapply sa mga companies/offices sa area na yun.

Pero coming from Makati, malapit lang naman siya. Or is it because nag-taxi ako? Hahaha. I'm so sorry. Di rin ako fan ng palipat-lipat na pagsakay para makapunta sa isang location. Gusto ko diretso na agad. Plus, first time ko nga sa lugar kaya ganun. Wala pa namang Php 100 ang binayaran ko kaya ok lang din. =)

So sa Healthway, ok naman. Ambience/Environment is pretty good. Systematic din sila. The nurse told me that I am overweight after getting my height and weight. Yes. Blame it on my height. Grrr. Hahaha.

She then instructed me to go to the Lab who in turn instructed me to have an X-Ray first.

After the X-Ray, I went back to the Lab and the MedTech gave me a form to fill out. Kaasar. Ang haba. Haha. And then the worst part came. I saw the rubber tie, the cotton pads, the alcohol and the... NEEDLE! The freakin' needle. No.

I really hate needles. Really. :(

I almost shouted when the assistant poked the needle on my Olay-smooth skin. (What a shameless plugging for Olay. Hahaha) Good thing I was able to control myself. Hahaha. Kahit parang kagat lang ng langgam, it still hurts.

Next stop is the dug test chuva. They had to take my picture and my finger prints (three times per finger, mind you). The good thing is that it is ink-less. Yahoo!

Last stop, or so I thought was the general check-up wherein the doctor just asked me questions answerable by yes or no. The questions were too obvious. Of course, you'll say no to question that needs a no for an answer, for you to be able to pass it, right? Haha. I think I only flunked the eyeglasses-less test. But I am a 20/20 with a pair of eyeglasses. Hahaha. Dapat lang naman di ba?

The dental check up was done after lunch. I bought a toothpaste and a toothbrush then went to the restroom of the fourth floor to brush my teeth, before going to Healthway again. Nakakahiya naman diba? Kung amoy herbs pa ako since I had lunch at Sbarro. Hahaha.

So after the dental, the nurse told me that it's done. So I went out and rode a taxi again. Haha. Taxis are God's great gift to mankind. Lalo na to me. =) Hahaha.

So that's basically what happened to me yesterday. Plus pala, nakatayo ako sa bus from Makati to Laguna. Great noh? With a sobrang bastos na mama inside. Grrr.

Anyhoo, the HR told me I can start as soon as she got my med exam result. Yay. No more vacations for me. But it's sooo okay since I'm sooo bored here at home.
